How long does it take to receive a quotation?

For standard mold inquiries with complete 2D/3D drawings, we provide a detailed quotation within 24–48 hours. Complex projects involving multiple components or requiring thorough DFM analysis may take 3–5 business days for accurate pricing—because we'd rather be precise than fast and wrong.
What international shipping methods do you support?

We ship worldwide via sea freight, air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). For finished molds, we typically recommend sea freight for cost efficiency with proper wooden crate packaging. For urgent sample deliveries, air freight or express courier provides 3–7 day delivery to most international destinations. We handle all export documentation.
What are your standard payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment, via T/T bank transfer. For established clients with ongoing projects, we offer flexible arrangements including 30/70 payment splits and Letter of Credit (L/C) options.
